Boundaries Class

Does life seem out of control? Is "trying harder" just not working for you? Do you find yourself being taken advantage of? There is hope! The Boundaries Class will help you to learn when to say yes and when to say no to take control of your life. Based on the books by Henry Cloud and John Townsend, these six-week classes begin at various times throughout the year and run for consecutive Monday evenings from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at our Lancaster office.  Class topics will include: 

  • Understanding Boundaries
  • The Laws of Boundaries
  • Boundary Conflicts
  • Boundary Successes

Ebenezer 

This Lancaster-area women's recovery group will be launched in October 2009. Group meetings will be held Monday nights at 7 p.m.

  • Ebenezer will be a safe place for women to talk about struggles openly and honestly
  • Group members will share support and perspective
  • The group will provide exposure to resources and information that will aid in recovery
